Who in chch to work on 4.2 diesel turbo safari

Post by flyingbrick »

My uncle has a factory turbo safari.

He wants more power.

He was asking about exhausts etc.. I think he needs a smart honest shop to look over it and maybe fit a boost controller for more psies.

who would everyone recommend?

Nathan at Kaiapoi repowers or Scott at Diesel Pump Specialists, Parkhouse road. There is only so much that can be achieved from the factory turbo so as long as he doesn't expect miracles.

Who did it?

It would be cool if when these types of questions get asked if the OP reported back with what was done who did it and what you thought of the workmanship and service you received. It will help others in the future and give members some idea of who is doing good work. :D
