Just moved here, any particular spots to fish along the beach and what tides/times etc I'm guessing change of light but unsure of incoming or outgoing tide
This time of year would be good down at the Waipu river mouth ( look for the holes just before you get there ). I would prefer the evening/night time as snaps are a bit shy there during the day. I prefer the out going tide as a think the snaps are there for the bait fish being washed out the river and you don't have to worry about getting off the beach at high tide at night.
