Hey great video dude - played OK on the mobile too. Was wondering what the music is, some Pearl Jam mix at a guess?
I'm keen to get down to the hut at some stage too and I'd also like to make an overnighter of it circumstances permitting.

Can someone confirm or deny for me. Odlins road, that us the track at the saddle of the Akatarawa road right? You can get there from either Upper Hutt or Waikanae sides?

If it is then that track looks way more fun than when I did it as a passenger in the back of my mate's stepdad's 130 inch Land Rover...

Potentially returning permanently to North Island in 2015, so might have to head up fir a look. Grew up in Waikanae so know the area, but out of touch...

The Land Rover trip was just a two truck trip, the other being an Austin Gypsy.

Yep shot with Go Pro 3 on suction mount. 3 spare batterys to haha.

Music is John Butler extended, one of the only tracks I had that lasted 18mins! fitted quite well and wasn't to intrusive.
