Since blowing the turbo in my D22 10 months ago I have been getting oil leaks out of the injector seals. Have replaced the seals but and still getting leaks.
When the turbo was replaced the head was taken off and the pistons/rings and bore were all checked for damage/scouring - all still good.
I am now at the stage of trying to source the reason for the increase in blow-by being generated in the crankcase, therefore what is the crank case idle pressure in a D22 ZD30 (03 Navara) please?

Re: 03 D22 ZD30 Injector seals leaking- crank case pressure
did they check the valve stem seals? If a piece of turbine got stuck between the valve and the valve seat with a intake temp in the late 700's + it wouldn't take much to bend the stems and damage the seals.
The other issue could be.
1:there are three seals for each injector one around the nozzle and one on the seat(bottom of the thread). and wait for it...an oil seal. did they replace them all?
2: seals have been over torqued.(squashed) or not torqued enough.
These are the factory part numbers for the ddt engine
injector kit complete 16600VG226
injector seal nozzle 1662654T00
injector seal seat 166182W200
Injector oil seal 132762W211
