kzn 130 frount diff

Just found a new frount diff and its out of a older shape surf that dosnt have vacum lines to engauge 4x4 was wondering how i get it to work?

Independent front hiluxs and older surfs didn't have the vacuum engaging diff so instead had manual freewheeling hubs

So id have to get free wheeling hubs as well? And then itd work? I assume itl bolt straight in?
