I'm pretty sure they are about the same.
Not sure if my mate had rage headers, but his was slightly different than my coby ones because of the way the pipes bent around each other.
No difference in performance between the 2 trucks that I can remember

Its to stop the dodgy double skin manifold from colapsing and causing a restricting the flow. Can cause cracked head so iv heard.
Cheap insurance really

Yes they are worth it even better if ya do a 2" exhaust the rest of the way.
