Sounds nice, and sitting on 33 inches tyres looks very good.
I'd like to buy it, but apart from wheel alignment and a ball joint replacement, it doesn't come with certification and so with WOF.
The owner says that all the pieces he used came from a certified Hilux, so he doesn't see problems for it to be certed.
Assuming he's being honest.. do you have any idea how much it would cost for a Hilux to be certified?

around $500 for the certification and unknown $$$ for all the remedial work and repairs you'll have to do to get it to comply with certification
