Manifold, dump pipe etc could be bought from a wrecker.

So you have a 4jb1 T with no turbo attached and are looking to upgrade the turbo...?
Or you have a 4jb1 that was never turbo charged and want to turbo charge it.?
The blue circle thing you ...err...circled is the internal waste gate.
you will need oil and water lines (and the fitting's for the block if your engine is N/A)
you will need to study up on how the diesel injector pump works as you will need to adjust it to suit the new volume of air.
exhaust manifold and dump pipe from a factory turbo engine.
intake is easy, can be done from rubber to silicone to steel with joiners etc.
I'd recommend using the top mount intercooler from a isuzu bighorn since you have no piping might aswell do it once do it right.
there are no known differences between the turbo and non turbo 4jb1 block and head. they basically just bolted a turbo to the N/A engine
may pay to buy a damaged factory turbo engine and take all the fittings/ manifolds of that.

you can take an oil feed from teeing into where the oil pressure switch is in the block,
depending on your turbo specification you may need to run a orifice in the oil inlet at the turbo to avoid overcoming the seals pressure threshold.
an oil return (gravity feed from turbo)can be installed into the sump above the oil level.
if you find you have excessive crankcase pressure restricting oil drain from the turbo you may want to run a vented catch can in the oil drain line.
water lines can be taken from each end of the block ie inlet from just after the thermostat and exhaust from the return to radiator end.
fueling would be best set with an egt gauge with the loader working at your usual rpm with a bit of load on it.
Beware don't use cheap fittings and do not get greedy when adding fuel,
I've personally put out some machinery fires due to poor maintenance and bad fittings.
I would understand you are lacking power if your machine runs at high altitude but if you're just trying to lift more you'll only start exceeding the hydraulics specification
