this one I imagine?
carjam looks like it's done about 750k
cab will have rot in the roof rails and prolly floors/front
4bd1 engine. these are really good little power plants. can get factory turbo ones but non turbo take a turbo really well apparently.
will need recert of deck and/or tiedowns etc.
GVM is 7000kg so you'll need a TSL number to be able to register/own it.

also, carjam looks like it was on hold til january this year, so it may not be deregistered at all.

all this assuming my assumptions are correct.
maybe not

Just my 2c really having driven old girls like I presume that is, can't see listing anymore, it is not uncommon to just cut out and plate up or even plate straight over holes/rust when repairing the cabs (if your not too fussy about the cosmetic appearance), at least to get a COF, but if it needs the recert fine tooth comb check they may not be so happy with this.
Had an old 88 Isuzu FTR 10 tonner (slow as hell but never gave any problems even when hauling around well over its rated loading  ) failed on the "speed holes" in the floorpan under pedals..all the workshop did was tack weld a piece of flat plate over it
