hi there Im Seth just brought a 80 series cruiser 4.2 turbo diesel Auto about 2 months ago and have done abit of off-roading with it stuck some maxxis 31x 10.5 big horns on it so far and got a factory winch for it and fitted it
looking at doing some more mods to it
its abit bashed up after going to wood hill 2 weekends ago as its still standard as

oh may of met you up there, was up there two weeks ago .
33"s are better on a 80, two inch lift may help too.
89 safari, pto winch, 33x15 simexs. sliders,75mm lift . turbo intercoolered

If you going to get into offroading the 80 Id rip the Flares off and sell them before you break them aswell or get some bar work

yea you could have i met alot of people up there that weekend and thats my plan to do a 3inch lift and 1 inch body lift to it and already bashed up the front guards so going to get some bars made up as well as a bullbar for it

here is what i done to my cruiser..
got bars all the way round can't do no damage any more also has a 2" lift with 33 inch tyres.

that looks awesome as i want abit more hight so probs go a 3 inch suspesion lift and a 1 inch body lift with all the bars around it and on 35s

Personally id just go 4 inch suspension lift and flag the body lift

x2 its a lot of pissing around doing a body lift and not really necessary if your already doing a suspension lift. Dunno about 4 inch you'd probably be fine with a 2-3 inch lift if you go too high you start running into drive line, suspension and steering geometry problems that'll need correcting and cost more hard earnt money :D

True that that's why I'm looking at going 3 inch suspension lift in it when I have some more money haha
