Pulled rear diff head out and replaced couple of broken studs. Put much more goo round the seal this time so hopefully it wont leak and then I wont break studs over-tightening it to stop the leak.

Achieved didly squat this weekend while back is injured. Did manage to notice rust under rain gutters in the 60 series has come back with avengance! :|

Mhmm too many options to consider now:
A: Panel beater to cut out cancer.
B: Find a new roof.
C: Cut old roof off and convert to soft top..

Looks awesome, any chance of pics of your mounting points? Do you have a body lift? hoping to start mine in the next few months.......although I have said that before. I've spent the last few months cutting off my roof and putting a new(er) one on the safari, just finishing up some sanding and painting then onto the bar work.

Cheers, yep I'll take some photo's of the mounting points once I've finished welding them. That photo is a test fit with mounts tacked on.

No body lift, I did massage the sill lip inwards (no cutting) to give a bit more room but wasn't strictly necessary. It would be easier with a body lift but I don't plan on it.

great video.
Is the LSd working right on the v8 lux?, on the uphill winch piece it didn't seem to be engaging.
however it appeared it didn't slow him too much!
