I am looking for a power steering box to fit a 40 series cruiser, I have a 70 series one to swap/trade/sell.

You've got one already so why you want to swap? 
40 series never came out with power steer.
70series boxes can be fitted real easy same with 60 series or hilux. but why swap for another one that will need the same amount of work to fit it?

as above you'll get far better responsive steering with a 60, 70 or lux box sitting up the front of the truck rather than a p/s box sitting where the 40 box goes using the relay rods and relay box up the front those things are piss easy to setup and get certified if your road legal
