Rear spare wheel arm on VZN130 surf

Hey guys my 92 VZN130 surf has previously had the spare wheel mounted under the truck and i would like to put the swinging rear arm on the back that holds the spare wheel partly because i have bigger tyres now and dont think it will fit underneath and it just seems mor practical.

So the question is - if my truck hasnt had one of these fitted before is it possible to fit one to it if i can find one second hand? i.e. will it just bolt on or does it need some special backing to support it where it is bolted to the body?

If anyone has donme this before their advice would be appreciated.

I imagine it will need some support, as the tyre etc will be quite heavy. Also remember that reversing a trailer with the wheel on the back is a pain, especially if your truck is lifted as you wont be able to see it at all.
