As derk said it looks like the Grant Guy winch challenge truck, was red all over not just the inside. This was back when winch challenges were new ...

From memory it was a cover girl on NZ4WD mag. Personalised plate of "PUSHIT" I think.

The bar work and winch are what give it away? I used to live in Welly, just down the road from their workshop...
