Had a look today behind the little cover in dash where it shows in the owners manual where the spotlight switch should be if factory fitted (mine doesnt have them) and it has what appears to be the wires for spotties but when you pull the grills out on the bumper to locate the wires there does not appear to be any I'm guessing these wires must only go to the fuse in the engine bay then you'd need to splice into this once spots were fitted would i be right in saying this????

IF its the same as the Pajero, the wires you are looking for are with the horn wiring under the bonnet catch.
