ln106 hilux clutch issue

Can anyone tell me if a kzn130 surf has a bigger clutch master cylinder than a ln106 hilux? Just completed a kz swap in the 106 and although the clutch peddle feels good and the slave cylinder is pushing the rod out, the clutch isn't disengaging. Its like its not pushing out far enough.
Any ideas?

You checked the pivot point on the clutch fork ? If no far enough out wont allow fork to disengage the clutch.?

There are different thickness thrust bearings and carriers for them, also different pressure plates. I wouldn't think it would be a master or slave cylinder issue if you can see the slave rod moving its normal amount of travel.

Start it in gear and go for a drive with the clutch pedal held down, if it is rusted it will soon let go.
