alternator wires

can any one tell me if all 3 of these wires go to the back terminal thing of the alternator or not i can not for the life remember were the thick black one goes :?

Thick black = earth. You can see in pic where it screws to, the holes pretty much where the eyelet terminal has left its shadow

That wire that comes out of that cylinder thing that is bolted to earth go's to the positive output on the alternator, its a compensator to stop electrical noise or something known as electrickery.........

then the other one with the back ribbed conduit looks like the power out put witch go's under the grey control plug thing that's already plugged in.

and then the last one I believe is the earth witch has been previously stated.

osome sweet thought it went somthing like that but you know what thought thought :) so should i put the earth with the funny cylinder thing or keep them seperate

You can put the earth on the suppressor (cylinder thingie) but make sure it is tight. I have had to before when the hole shown is stripped of it's threads. There is another place on the back housing just above the pivot bolt.
