springs

hey im wanting to put coils in my 83 sj iv already put in a 3 link in the front and the rear so i was wondering if i would be able to buy some springs out of say a cj or a wrangler it has a 3.8 v6 holden motor in it so i was wondering if the cj or wrangler springs would be to hard or soft for it its going to be a comp truck so i need some flexability soif you could help me out i would be very greatfull
