Swapped 2lte for 1kz but can't workout glow plug wiring

I'm trying to hook up the glow plugs on the 1kz using the 2lte loom. I have gone to a Manuel pump so I don't have a ecu. The 1kz only has 1 quite thick wire going to the glow rail but the 2lte has 3??? Any feedback would be appreciated

got a pic of the wires and glow relay?
theres a couple of different glow setups.
i wonder if your 3 wires is one wire direct from relay to glows, one from glows to drop resistor and one from resistor to relay.

i just had a quick look through what diagrams i've got.
if you have the 3 wire version, which is more common on the 2lt (including the emissions ecu version), one is full glow, other wire is after glow and third goes back to ecu.
however seeing as you have gone manual IP using the stock wiring is pointless as the ecu runs the glows. just use the glow relay and run a single cable direct and connect the coil side to a push button switch on the dash.

As said the 2LT has 2 relays etc etc
The ECU / emissions unit controls the glow time...
You can either wire in a push button to activate the main relay.....And count
Or get an aftermarket glow timer...
