Whats the best size turbo to run on a 1hz? Is it a hard conversion to do your self as far as running oil lines ect or best to get some one to do it?

My brother got his 1hz 70 series done at the Woodend garage I think. He is really happy with the job, it goes well.

It would be worth talking to Chris at Blackwood motors, he is really good, he sorted my 1hdt. I was told to go to him as.he is a guru.

1hz's run a thin crown piston so you'll have to be conservative,
or put safeguards in place to keep egts down

Hi I went for a complete DTS turbo system from aussie. smaller turbo so works on lower revs for off roading, bloody awesome conversion.
