Removing front sway bar on escudo

Post by Green Machine »

Has anyone removed front sway bar from an escudo for offroad use. Thinking of trying it to get abit more traction off-road.

Does this have any negatives off-road. I figure I might get abit more understeer on road but it's just a weekend truck anyway.
Escudo currently has 3" susp lift, 2" body and nice mud tread.

Yep, ours went at the last Zukfest, is even certed without it now. It makes quite a big difference by letting the front articulate completely independently.

No negatives off-road that I can think of. And you adapt to it on-road (or get used to disconnecting it / reconnecting it).
