^^^ Those front guards look a bit different, are they f/glass ones? Looks good. Well I put my jigsaw puzzle back together today, two manifolds and a turbo all on the same side = absolute c##t to work on

Got a mean whistle now though, suspect a boost leak somewhere. Was only getting about 5psi so tweaked the hoseclamps up some more and now got 9psi (normally get 11) so waiting till it cools down then I'll check all bolts etc.

Cheers, they are steel pajero guards, cut the flares out and stitched them in, wanted a bit of a different look as the standard guards were rusted out

A little while ago i decided to take care of the mistrals sagging suspension, she had a bit of a lean to one side, discovered a twisted torsion rod.
A quick search of ebay.co.uk 2 weeks wait and 280 british pound later and she sits 3 inches higher now.

Finally got around to putting dual battery system in the Terrano. So then thought i might as well hook some lights up on the awning.

Went for a run up Rallywoods yesterday with a few people off her, Lax2wlg, 1kzsurf, Full throttle and a bunch of others.
Great day, only minor panel damage. Couple of other trucks had CV escaping problems.
Just finished water blasting the 100kg of mud off the truck.....

Torsion bar?
You got new OEM torsion bars? Where from? Do you get to choose diameter (spring rate)??
Pics dont work.

Had no front driveshaft for 2 weeks as transfer got stuck in 4wd so had a look through FSM today and managed to get the vacuum engagement system working properly so now have 4wd again, might have to 'test' it to make sure it works...

Hi,
Same guy that had the gearbox has a radiator there as well, from memory the core wasn't great but I could take it to the radiator shop in town and have it pressure tested if you were interested?

Well I have only been talking about fitting twin snorkel's to my Safari for about 5 - 6 months now, so after having all the bits for 4 - 5 months thought I should do something about fitting them...
Shopping list was 3 meters of 3 inch stainless steel, two 45 degree silicone bends, 10000 3 inch clamps, one 3 inch to 2.5 inch reducer and some sealant...
Then there was the small matter of having someone with a Tig welder I could borrow, well the first Tig welder I borrowed didn't work very well, so it was plan B - called a mate (Thanks Mike S) and he came out an helped with his Tig welder...
Happy with the end result, just have to but two snorkel ram's now... I have one but unsure where that is.. (the one in the photo is from a Ford ...)

Fitted my new auto trans solenoids. The truck now shifts beautifully and has all gears. It's the first time I have driven it with a fully functional box. It's like a new car.

Pulled out the long busted air vents in the terrano and replaced them with Bodykit grille. Came out looking pretty fancy and the grille is angled so air flow still flows in right direction.

Done a Sua conversion on my scabby FJ40 and trial fitted a power steer rack and pinion steering setup, looks like it will work so I'll engineer proper brackets and shafts now.
