changing pcd from 5 x 139.6 to 6 x 139.6?

Thinking of changing my cj jeep wheel pcd so that I have a greater choice of rims/tyres available to use on the jeep. In my shed the jeep is the only truck I have without six stud wheels. I have spare chev blazer Dana 44 front diff with six stud brakes, so that will be bolt on to the existing Dana 44 front. My question is has any one changed rear drum brakes from 5 to six stud before. Can I get the axle flange and brake drum redialled to six stud? Can an engineering shop do this and what would the likely cost be?
Cheers
Jase.

I know nothing about that jeep shit but a general comment for what its worth if your trying to piss about trying to modify rear drum brakes it would be time and effort better spent setting up some disc brakes on the back instead

what about something like this.
http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-par ... 057151.htmIm sure you can get them/make them to adapt different stud patterns.
Not sure about strength or legality so hoping someone here will comment as I am thinking of the same thing. would be nice to be able to swap the safari tires for the jeep tires and back again with ease.

I have thought about adaptor spacers. But having planned it out on paper there are sections between the five and six studs holes that would be getting a little thin.

http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=310682574919Must be possible. Might not want as much as 2" but might work
Any problems running these spacers??
