Made some new chassis brackets for the rear sway bar (Which came down from JAFA land - Wohooo) and got that and the front mounted up. Thought I would test it and nearly ended up in the bank  Handles like a bloody race car now

Tomorrows job, handbrake cables and modify rear towbar for receiver hitch.

Well I have done all my weekend achievements in one day. Competed in the manukau winch challenge. Came 6th in class. Improvement from last year. Now stiff and sore. Need rest.....

Jumped in the passenger seat of a Safari to go and have a look at the Possum Palace. Awesome bit of land with some cool tracks, shame my 4wd wasn't working :( The winch and snatch strap got a good workout!

Yup that was definately an arse going from blow to suck haha - didnt take much on those tyres tho!

The cowshed high pressure hose took care of the clay/mud off me truck this evening - after a successful day fishing down bream bay :D
Time to look at some bigger/better tyres 8)

If you mean the leaf sprung hilux at possum palace, it is mine, auto lockers front and rear, 2 inch spring lift, worn 31 inch mts and a 2.8 NA diesel.

It goes well, until you need power (sand, deep mud etc) but climbs the rutty dry stuff unless it bellies or rests the rear towbar frame on a bank.
