Safari PTO with extractors?

Hey guys,

A mate of mine is in the process of fitting a PTO into his GQ which currently has extractors. However the extractors sit right in the way of the PTO shaft. Does anyone know if you can get a set which clear the PTO shaft, or alternatively a factory manifold in christchurch?

Thanks
Turoa

Should have searched a bit better, as I found that Rage ones possibly do fit  Can anyone confirm this?

Hiya , yep I've got the Rage ones in my (dead) truck - they do several models, from memory - you have to tell them you want the ones for a PTO. I might have had to tap them slightly with a hammer, it was ages ago - but no major dramas... Mine was the petrol patrol, but I don't think there's any difference in the exhaust ports.
cheers,
Terry.

My old shorty had pacemaker extractors and just had to cut and extend the front shaft mount(bolted to engine mount). From memory it also straightened the shaft from the pto drive to the winch. No pics sorry
Not sure but shaunpaddy on here might still have the truck
