I agree this sucks but why is access at risk?? they D*ckheads would have done it on bike's or on foot. It is not as if there were wheel tracks around and obvious vehicle caused damage. Bit hard on 4x4's again when nothing to do with us.

Someone wil know who it was and it will come out eventually like the last event that happened in there where animals were let out after a fence destroyed and choppers reqd to get them back.
I was in there mid September and came away really disappointed at the state of the track where people had been playing beside it.

But it's ok, they were pissed at the time..........
Surely nobody would do anything as disgraceful as that unless under the influence of something ???

Help repair the Damaged Boundary Hut, Mavora -
http://www.facebook.com/events/315713188634810I have spoken to Ken Bradley from DOC Te Anau and he is really happy with the idea. So now we just have to make it happen!
Volunteer working bee, camping, 4WD trip to repair the Hut.
Anyone with any skill and I'm sure materials would be much much appreciated...
