buying R51 pathfinder opinions advse

Post by pruggerdore »

Looking at buying a 2005 -2008 4.0 litre v6 pathfinder to replace my beloved safari as my tow wagon. after peoples thought and experience as to problems with them etc. Know about the trans too radiator water issues . Know I will never have anything as reliable as safari again but it is time to move on and want more power. over diesel.

Also be looking at moving safari on if anyone interested.
1994 4.2 factory turbo diesel.Auto. High roof deregistered accidentally. 23500ks. motor and box excellent. no rust. everything works. dents in drivers door others
good. worth enough to re vin but Im not interested. No mods. No hard offroading tho got the bush pin striping scratches.
Nice mags with bfg A/Ts . 285/16's deep as tread. BFg just dont wear. rubber to hard. tho rubber could go on the pathfinder. Alot of good parts on this thing. looking at parts value with most the money in motor and box."factory turbo engine" not interested in pulling to bits and being left with lots of little bits. But if someone wanted motor and box would consider it. Looking for offers complete.
Cheers Clive

really no one know the r51 pathfinder. so does that mean there so good nothing goes wrong with them so no one has anything to post. or are they so bad no one will touch them. and therefore no one has anything to post. lol

Hey man,
Perhaps check out NPORA, That's the official Pathfinder forum might yield more results?
