Does any one have any advice on the best way to go about "blanking off" where the sun roof sits on a jtop/ soft top pajero? I'm thinking maybe alloy sheet, sealed and riveted might be the best bet. Any one done this or know some one that's has?

Cheers
Stew

you could use alloy sheet as suggested but just glue it on with Wurths adhesive they use at panel beaters to glue panels on. It will seal out the weather you don't end up with holes thru your roof (leak / rust points) and If later you want to remove it.. Boom no holes...

be aware that a single sheet may sweet and create droplets of water during the colder seasons

Awesome cheers for that, just googled Wurths adhesive and I'm thinking this could well be the goer.
