ECU options?! HELP!?

Hey guys, Any of you electrical orientated? sparky's etc?
As most of you know I'm building my v30et Pathfinder... But im stuck as to what ECU to run.. I'm not 100% certain that the factory one will keep up.. And I'm unsure that i can run the vg30deTT one as it's dual cam rather than single cam? obviously the dual cam will have multiple cam sensors and various other differences. I'm not too sure what the differences are in the loom either so unsure weither it would work or not.. I did think about running a LINK ecu, but it's going to be a bit more work eliminating the distributor and will probably have to run a wasted spark setup of somesort as the link ecu reads the spark direct as far as im aware?

so bloody confused as what to do..
Any help would be really appreciated!

few factory options, guy in the naki was wrecking a VG30dett 300zx that has a after market ecu....trademe.
depending on the injectors youve got you could use a RB26dett ecu. low impedance/high impedance injectors etc.
get your current one chipped.
go see the boys at hytec or similar tuning shops in auckland.
In theory you could use a skyline ecu and sensors...as im pretty sure the CAS knock AFM sensors temp etc etc are all the same.
Then just extend the loom to the three opposing cylinders as the only real difference is the fact ones a turbo striaght six and the other is a turbo V6.
also there is a Mines ECU for the vg30dett on ebay right now for 299.00..plug n play you'd need purple sticker afm for that one from memory or pink sticker from the 97 onwards 3 litre v6 maxima

Yeah that's what i wasn't too sure about was running the vg30dett ecu if it would work or not (being dual overhead cam and mine is only single overhead cam) ... I'm running the factory turbo injectors out of a 300zx though

with aftermarket fuel pump, surge tank setup etc etc.. i didn't even think to get the factory one chipped or reflashed.... that may be the best option to start with! Thank you for your help though! definately gives me a few more options to think about!!!

Sounds like you have got it sorted, but you can still use your dizzy with a link ecu.
