Playing a bit of rough n tumble with the 3 year old, he manged to accidentally poke me in the eye with some force, so I've only achieved a "corneal ulcer" according to the Dr..which isn't quite the sanding and welding I wanted to get done haha. The only upside is being a truckie I cant go to work (else I might end up like the photo at the top), but since I cant see SFA I cant do much in the shed either

Know how ya feel, got a piece of steel in my eye a couple of years ago couldnt even drive as the other eye wanted to try and keep watering and squint in "sympathy" as the doc' put it. Scary bit is when your staring at the hand holding the needle that is digging the shard of steel out of ya eyeball.

I had to have a metal splinter removed at the hospital a year or so ago. Was in the cornea. Has left a little scar.
Was pretty painful.
