h55f help needed

Hey guys
My build is really starting to move along after a decent bit of work in the holidays. One of the last things I need to sort is my gearbox. When I took it out of a hj60, it wouldn't go into 5th. Ive been told it's an easy fix, and after having a look at a workshop manual it looks kinda straight forward but something I have never attempted. Anyone else ever had a crack at fixing one? Also, anyone know of a place I can get replacement parts for the box?

Didn't go into fifth before I pulled it out haha
