Power Steering Hoses

Post by BadCo »

Hello,

Nearing the end of retrofitting power steering into my 1988 110 and was wondering where I can get some hydraulic hoses made up that don't cost the earth. Preferably out West Auckland somewhere.

I have the fittings for the box but not the pump, although I'm pretty sure its a standard fitting on the pump. I even have the discovery 1 steel hoses it came with.

Any suggestions?

Cheers,

BadCo.

you only need to get the high pressure side made up the return is low pressure so you only need a bit of hose and a few hose clips and a cooler if you want to get fancy :D , if you measure up the length for your high pressure line you can go into hydralink or enzed or whatever hose place you've got nearby and they should be able to crimp up a hose with the right ends while you wait :D ... the high pressure hose never comes $cheep$ though :D

That's a lot less then I thought it would be.
