Im looking for a heater for my fj40 with the option to pipe in the factory demister for the front windscreen

I have nothing at all in my truck as it never came with any heater parts at all when i brought it

Has any one fitted a after market style heater before?

I might have most of the factory parts (dont have the all the parts in the engine bay though) that I dont need as I am modifying the safari console one (self contained) to just do the windscreen and will be fabricating a new centre console/dash layout to hide it.

PM me if interested in the bits.

You could just about draft a 70 series heater fan unit in if all you are after is the demister

I had a FJ40 about 15 years ago without a heater so I know how much of a pain it is.
I got a heater from a mini which was a complete unit, radiator fan all in one, all I had to do was screw it to the floor and bring in the heater hoses worked well.
Good luck with finding one.
