hi

Just bought a runva 13.5xf and am wanting to know if I would be able to mount it on a 90 degree angle to the front plate of my bullbars as the truck originally had a Warn High Mount ( kept by previous owner :( :( :( )

The runva shares the same mounting hole demensions so it would bolt straight on but would running it at the angle kill the winch

If you are pulling the winch into the plate. Then no problem.
If you are trying to pull the winch off the plate then the bolts will strip out of their mounts. So that is a nogo.
