Post by Craydiver »

Just cooked the engine on mamaku.
Is it typically just head gasket or more?

Depends how bad... what caused it to get hot. Worst case scenario cracked liner.

Head check would be my first port of call being a straight six i wouldnt be surprised if its a banana. No use puttin a new gasket on there if the heads not true anymore you,ll just be doing it again in a few months.
Waiter...there is a drought in my glass.
