Alloy bash plate

Post by RyNoBro »

Hi all

Ive just tried to fit an alloy bash plate I had on my old 2dr D21 to my new old 4 dr D21.
all bolts etc line up but seems as though it hasnt got the bend quite sharp enough, has anyone
had this problem - do I need to get rough with it and bend it in to shape - heat it up prehaps?

photo of bash plate just in case i am missing some bits.
cheers guys

It's alloy.
Smack it with a hammer.

Line it up with Trolley jack and jack it up onto the vehicle, once you get the front or back bolts in place keep jacking it up until the other end lines up. I had same problem with mine.
