Woodhill open next W/E?

Post by zukmeista »

Well according to the website the Polaris 4WD Park is reopening next Saturday. I have an SJ413 with a stuffed body that currently owes me $0 so thinking of dragging that down there and beating the living shite out of it for a day. Anybody keen to watch the destruction?

Well you're welcome to buy it if you want? Like I said it owes me nothing, it's a rough old heap of shit and I am going to have some fun with it before I get rid of it. Never had an offroad beater before so will be nice not having to care about panels! :D

Bugger! Thanks for pointing that out, would have been a bit of a wasted trip... :D Should really have it on their website as well but never mind. Might have to find something local instead.

I don't think rednecks using the place for demolition derbies beating shit to destruction is going to do a lot for the longevity of the forest retaining its use for 4x4 recreation, might be better to get a day licence for the speedway to beat it to death :D

Have you seen the tracks there? A lot of the harder ones are nearly impossible to drive without body damage and as there is not much body left on this Suzuki it will probably get pretty mangled by the time I'm finished. But this is all a pointless discussion anyway as it is closed and I won't be going.

Yeah I think I may have worded that poorly. Smashing over trees and destroying tracks is not my style but I do like having a go at harder stuff and haven't really had a truck yet that I can go nuts and not worry about wrecking the body. I might hang onto it for a bit then will have it see if I can find somewhere to store it as 3 trucks on a small town section is a bit much at the moment

To stop our safari getting damaged on the hard tracks I hammered all the panels in a little so the big luggage rack on the roof acts as a type of slider, we can't wait to get out there as well, I'm gonna hunt out all those moss covered pits that smell like a sewer
