Wheel rim modification

Hi, can anyone tell me who might modify wheel centres for a change in offset in Christchurch?

I got centers flipped by Elite wheels on Annex Rd, did a nice job, they balanced up fine afterwards (not that I use them on the road of course)

Clive Royce Engineering (or might be Royce Clive or something like that), was where a friend got his done, price was about the same both places.

Elite wheels have done two sets for me. One just offset change and one flipped and offset changed. Good job both times.
