Hay where would I best buy hilux paint? I have a 1992 hilux that is silver. I looked up the code on Internet and its saying its a blue? I think I'm looking at right code... Is it the last 3 didget number? 804?

A friendly panelbeater should be able to help you (and maybe even make up some paint for you)
