My driver brought the 110v8 that was for sale recently. Have been getting her ready for Nelson winch comp, cheers phil@force4. Stripped the gearbox and found half the other mechanics tools in there still! (50mm end of a punch & same size snap on Phillips drive) Muppets! Has rooted the lay shaft and 1st n 2nd. Can anybody help with the lays haft pls. Need it in chch, by Wednesday at latest. Cheers cheese.0273546466

Like rocking horse shit, I sold my spare with my 110, maybe the guy that bought it might sell it to you. Keep the old one, can get new parts throu EAC in England. You'll probably need it with the big 350. Cheers

best I can do is try Bert here as he may have one or try Charlie here who runs a lr business.. but wont know until Monday.. Also I hear ya got a spare bed or two for us..? we leaving Thursday night so need a place to crash..

yeap, spare bed here, can prob get race trailer and truck into contractors yard next door. heaps security cameras and locked gate. talk to ya on Wednesday maybe.

managed to bump into Charlie in town.. and he saying best bet is to do up the current box.. he is going to source the parts on Monday but to have it for you for next weekend is going to be tight at best.. these are very hard to get and only parts are from overseas.. but he is going to look to see what he can do for you blokes.. Only option is put an auto behind it..? chat later K

Thanks for every body's suggestions. A Sunday road trip to Queestown return, has seen us collect an OK-ish gearbox (fingers crossed) that is going into Barney today / tomorrow. A few other tidy up bit's to do, and we are up and racing again.
