Northland Kauri Coast Four Wheel Drive Safari 2016

Has anyone done the Northland Kauri Coast 4WD Safari? We've entered and are looking forward to it, but i'd be keen to hear from any one who's done it, and what the thought, and what the facilities are like? We're pretty new to camping so don't have all the gucci gear but I think we have most of what we need.

I have done a couple of them, plus also booked for the 2016 trip. Videos of parts of the last two on youtube under snafu4wd
Facilities are all at schools and two nights at a Golf Course. Schools have toilets and swimming pools only one has showers from memory. The Golf Course has showers toilets and a bar.
Food is ok and plenty of it at each venue.
