20/21st june

Post by diogenese »

Went out for a quick play and bounced off a log. I'm glad i have an ugly, but effective cage!
I can't wait for my new shocks to arrive and maybe it won't drive like a jelly on a plate anymore;)

I know what you mean I moved our stuff back to Wellington was planning on driving up on Friday but decided not to due to the wind blowing the hire truck around too much. So left on Saturday morning heading up via SH2 and SH3 eventually got to Te Kauwhata about 5 pm learnt that the Manawatu gorge was closed after I drove through. Loaded truck up left TK about 10pm and stayed at my parents in Tokoroa that night then woke up to the great news SH1 was open so got to Wellington about 1:30 unloaded truck and got it back to the hire place at 5pm one hell of a weekend LOL
my 4wd is not a truck

old mercedes never die but sometimes they do need some love

older cars are good, mercedes are better, older mercedes are the best

That will be a HJ45. It has a vacuum tank so it was a diesel.
