Rocky road sells a Toyota kit,

Low range sells a TC kit.

Not many TC boxes around in NZ, but looks like a simple job

Drop out the radiator and start spinning bolts, Cracking the steering off the pitman arm will probably be the hardest part.
I have the same task soon, fitting power steering set up in place of manual box in our newly acquired Vitara. Half day first time around I am guessing for a straight swap, mine I am putting aside the weekend as I have all the pump/hoses etc. to fit.

Still haven't figured this out. I don't want to go too crazy on hitting it because I don't want to damage the PS box...

Pitman arm puller or press heat and hit with hammer. mine took press heat and hammer and came free with a bang.
