WTB WJ cherokee 4.7 engine

Probably barking up the wrong well trodden tree here, but I bought an '02(?) Grand Cherokee with a small engine problem, but it turned out to be a BIG problem. :(
So, looking to either source a pair of new heads, a complete engine, or quit this thing.

What have ya got?
