hi all I am in the process of taking the turbo setup off one td27 terrano to install it on a d21 td27 navara ute ,there is no plugs on the drivers side to power the egr vaves, just wondering if i need that butterfly in the pipe from the turbo to the intake manifold as i wont have any vacuum to operate it????

yep, pull it out thread the holes in the alloy housing where it pivots and stick some bolts in there with loctite, blanking plates for the manifolds and bob's your aunties dogs cousin twice removed

The 5 speen manual gbox should make some difference.
