Rocky - rugger gearbox comparability.

I have a 2.8t rugger that has just started to grind going into second. I'm wondering if a 1.6 rocky gearbox will fit it as there are some available at reasonable prices. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance for any help.

No they won't fit. I have a couple of rugger boxes in unknown condition if you need parts to fix yours but couldn't say if they are any good as is one is seized and doesn't turn.
