bastards!! Wonder who would get proscuted in the sad eventuality? The buggers would hide behind the numbers of residents. Wouldnt help the victim, of course. Damn, I am having a hard enuff job justifying tyres for truck as it is, without some dweeb sabotaging me!

Although I can understand the fustration behind the actions it doesn't excuse taking the law into your own hands and endangering peoples lives
If the owners really wanted to stop them i'm sure they could, fences, barriers, threatning signs with rewards leading to prosecution that sorta thing
