best engine transplant for 2.4 petrol

Hey guys I've got a 92 navara 2.4 petrol 4x4 and have blowen up the motor. What's the best replacement engine to put in??

The best a v8, or most realistic is a Sr20de/t and silvia gear box if ts 2wd or if its 4wd td27-t/qd32-t and matching box

You could try a petrol 2.4 out of a 92 navara. I believe it would bolt straight in and no need for a cert.

Lol, that's actually quite a good idea.
To be fair, that original question is about as vague as you can get.
What do you value in an engine? What are you going to do with the vehicle? If you give us some context you will get better suggestions.
