Waimak jaunt

Post by RJT »

Myself and a mate (both with bighorns) are going out for a wee drive down the Waimak on saturday if anyone else would like to join. Meeting at Shell Templeton at !0.00am. From there going from the Willows to the gorge on the south side, up the north side to the Main road then back across to the south side down Mcleans island.

Hoping for it to be a good day.

Point of interest, ECAN are trying to keep 4wds offn the north side of the Waimak. They have designated the south side as the 4wd play area.

That part you got stuck in now looks passable... even for the bighorn lol. So yeah the offer is still there for saturday. Going to to the whole lap of the river.
