Toyota low mount winch bit needed

Howdy peeps, got a second hand winch that needs a bit but that was cracked before I pulled apart to replace seized bearings and upon re assembly it broke off..

and
Does anyone have that bit from a broken / blowen up winch that's sitting in the shed..? I have 1 other contact that may have the bit I need.. any help greatly appreciated..

That's not structural is it? Can you pin it and glue it?

could get it welded up but would rather a replacement as it's going to get a hard time..

Mate that looks rough. Could add shims so it bolts up straight but it will need machining to have the motor sit on it evenly.
Imho i would only use it as a spare as those bolts take all the rotational torque loads. Which at a guess is shit loads

don't have access to a lathe so it's going to have to do until I can get a replacement.. but I hear what ya saying.. the weld is right through so not fussed there.. just it warped just a wee bit on the second side as we had to remove it from where we had bolted it.. it's at a guess 96% give or take a bit right.. may take it off if I can get to a lathe..

Im no master but got me a turning machine and got plenty of time so i could be of some help.
Will need to courier it up to me thou

thnx.. I do have a mate just need to get a hold of him.. but it is seating up well and the bolts are only holding it on and twist, and it is socketed into the bracket well so will see how it goes.. but i'll keep that up my sleeve

Oh just for the record.. I got Toyota to price what I need and yes available.. but frame end = 300+ + gst, bush complete set = 300 + + gst and the brush springs what im getting are 10 + + gst all ex Japan..

so yea.. na.. try source second hand..lol
